What is Hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy uses deep physical and mental relaxation, which allows direct communication with the subconscious. Hypnosis is gentle, fast and very effective. Relaxation, improved stress management and increased self awareness are automatic byproducts of the process. Hypnotherapy is SAFE. You are always aware. You are always in charge.

How does the subconscious work?
Hypnotic suggestions bypass the conscious mind and zero in on the subconscious. When given a new suggestion that’s within the bounds of a person’s belief system and moral orientation, the subconscious mind accepts the suggestion literally as a new reality. The subconsious very simply runs old programs until it’s told by the conscious mind that they’re no longer needed. The subconscious can best be reached during the hypnotic period of brainwave activity just between wakefulness and sleep.

There Is Nothing To Fear!
Hypnosis is SAFE. No hypnotist can ever persuade you to do anything embarrassing, illegal or against your beliefs. “Stage Hypnosis” is where people are picked from the audience and coached to play along ahead of the show. It’s pure theater. You cannot be “brainwashed” or programmed and there’s nothing “spooky” about this wonderful medical tool. Again, Hollywood has done us all a great disservice by trivializing this valuable medical resource. BUT you can unlearn bad habits, face your fears and create a happier life for yourself.
